The intersection of Ta Hien and Luong Ngoc Quyen is the most famous street drinking spot in Vietnam — possibly in Southeast Asia. Fresh-brewed bia hoi at 10,000 VND per glass, plastic stools, no pretension. Backpackers, locals, and long-timers sharing the same pavement. Starts filling by 5pm, peaks 8–11pm. Come early for a seat.
